Start Type:

Shotgun: Four golfers tee off from all 18 holes at about the same time. You play all 18 holes... just out of sequence. Tee off is 9:00 am. We ask you to arrive at 8:30 A.M. so you have time to drop off your clubs, check-in, get your hole and cart assignment, listen to a discussion of the rules at 8:45 A.M. and take off for your starting hole which will take about 10 minutes.

Game Format:

Scramble: All golfers tee off. The foursome decides which of the four shots is the best ball to play for the next shot. All four players then hit a ball from the same spot. This is repeated on every shot until the ball is holed out. The best ball to play may not be the longest drive if another ball hit less distance has a cleaner shot to the flag that avoids hazards.

Advantage of Scramble Format:

This format is very enjoyable since you play as a team rather than as an individual. So you don't have to be a great golfer or worry about your individual score. If you don't come with a foursome or friends, we try to balance more experience players with less experienced players so there is more parity between teams.
